suruhboo hi @sarahrocks76 ! thank you for showing interest! I'm also a 34c so the bust should fit you perfect and It wasn't hemmed at all because I got it on such short notice but I am 5'2 and I just wore really tall heels. I'm almost positive there are no rhinestones missing an no snags, but I will have my mom check it out and send me pictures. I'm in college and don't have the dress with me. but I will let you know as soon as possible!!
