jenny4mtheblock @alexandramaria2 Aloha, thank you for your patience, I was away on business. Personally, I think it runs true to size because I wear 9.5 for almost all of my footwear. Insole measurements are as follows: Length: approx. 10 3/4 inches Width: 1 3/4 inches for the mid section, the slimmest part of the insole. Approx. 2 inches for the width of insole located at the back. Please the last photo I uploaded to reference. Feel free to let me know if you have any questions.
