Red retro style skirt

Absolutely gorgeous retro style skirt - custom made but fits like a size 2. Reposh - EUC! Selling for what I bought it for so price is firm. I absolutely love it but unfortunately the waist is just too small for me! Would fit like a dream with someone with a 24-25 inch waist and ~36 inch hips. Fabric is stretchy around the hips! Hits right above the knee.
