Pretty much bran new. Bought it to go with a purple v neck. And my mom took it as I moved out of state.... Ribbed high waisted pencil skirt from express. With back zipper. Oh and it's pretty stretchy. Easy to dress up with a button up shirt or get Grundy and wear it with a loose sweater
