Red rosette shoulder dress with low back from JS Collection

Dramatic red cocktail dress with rosette detail on the shoulders and a low / open back. There is a red string across the top of the shoulders to keep them in place. Dress is 100% polyester with 100% polyester lining. It feels hefty—the rosettes have slight weight and the fabric is strong. Feels like a very classy piece. Zip closure. Dry clean. JS Collections.
