Red short sleeve tee with yellow sunflower graphics RUNS SMALL

This NWOT bright tee features a sunny yellow sunflower and says "I just wanna soak up the sun". This tee has a rounded neckline and short sleeves. The red is a little darker than my pictures show. The yellow is closer to the first 2 pictures, than the lighter yellow in picture #7. This does run small. The tag says 3XL. I usually wear an XL and this was a little small on me. Please note the measurements provided. Bust: 21.75" approx. Length: 29" approx.
