Red skirt with black lace embroidered overlay

Red and black pencil skirt. Lace embroidery with cute floral pattern! Zipper on side. There are two small flaws, a loose thread on the lace on one side, and a small tear in back. I have included these on the pictures. Waist: 13.5” Length: 21.5”
