Red sparkle neck holiday top

Red holiday top with sparkle neck and black bow, makes the first top for a Christmas or holiday party (or Valentine's Day top). Pair with a skirt or pants. Sleeves drape over arms to show shoulders, but the top is flowy and soft- does NOT hug the body, so is very forgiving. Worn once and in excellent condition!
