Red stretchy velvet Eloquii mini dress 18w

Adorable stretchy red empire waist velvet dress. Hits a few inches above the knee on me (I'm 5'7"). Size 18w. This dress is perfect for winter holidays- it's cute and festive but also the material is pretty heavy for chilly nights!
