Red theory dress size S

Drawstring waist, silk but a little bit of stretch. 3/4 sleeves. 36” from shoulder to hem, but when you cinch the waist you can bunch it and make it shorter. It is a true red color. Put the orange koozie next to it so you can see that it is indeed red not orange!
