NWT tiered Y2K-era style dress in rich red, almost burgundy color. Fabric is silky and stretchy. Layers and ruching are super flattering. Overall seems very comfortable. Never been worn. Appears true to size. Smoke-free but dog-friendly home. Happy to answer questions!
