Red velvet Maxi dress

Red Velvet dress. ruschured with a side split. This dress has been hemmed by a friend. I'm 5"2" and wear a 3" heel. The dress also has built in cups and elastic to hold around the shoulders. It has stretch and is comfortable. Size S Worn once.
