Flowy, elastic waistband, longer on front and back, slit comes up on sides. Very flattering. I'm 5'7 and the skirt comes to mid calf when I wear it high waisted. Says L, but I usually wear a S/M and it fits me well. Perfect for Memorial Day or 4th of July.
