Red , white, and dark blue tunic dress

This dress is beautiful on and has 3/4 sleeves secured with gold plated buttons. Material is very lightweight and flowy. Gold plated buttons down the front as well as a cute tassel tie. V neck line with 2 small pockets on the chest area. Very flattering on the mid section and adorable on patriotic occasions!!!!
