Red, white and navy blue short sleeve shirt

Red, white, and navy blue T-shirt with lace around the collar and on the sides. It has never been worn before – I purchased it with other clothes but this didn’t fit. There is a zipper that zips up the back and shorter strings on the side to cinch at the waist. Really beautiful, I wish it fit me!
