Fourth of July patriotic dress with red and white stripes and blue with white stars. White stars in the setting of a blue dress. Blue with white polkadot ruffles along the neck and back. Over the shoulder blue straps with red and white ruffles that match a red and white bow ribbon around the front. White buckle with red Polkadot sash in the front. Double red ribbon around the bottom. Made by Cre8ions or Creations. Size 3T. Measurements: 20 inches long from shoulder to bottom of hem, 11 inches across the chest when laid flat, but this can be tied to make smaller.
