Red white blue sequins star vest/white shorts outfit

This is a pre-owned juniors sequined vest and shorts set. The vest is blue with red and white stars. It is made of 100% polyester back shell and 100% cotton inner shell. The vest is size M and measures approximately 19 inches across the chest and 22 inches in length. The shorts are white, size small, and made of a smooth, heavy duty fabric. They have an elastic waistband and measure approximately 15 inches in length. 4” inseam The set is in good condition, worn once, small discoloration spots on back of the vest. . The brand is "jc" and the model is "001 USA". The set is hand-made in Indonesia and dry cleaning is recommended. Was used in a beauty pageant once and worn only then. In fanstastic condition minus a few discolored spots on back of vest.
