Red wine velour Dress with V-wrap look front n back~zip closure~like new XL fit

Reposhing this item from @cathydee - Pretty but the measurements were wrong and my butt is too big? haha. Actually I’d think this might be a better fit for someone smaller on bottom, this measured 21” across hip, it can stretch but will ripple across the back. It is not a true 2X fit though that is the labeled size. 21” Pit to pit, 25” long sleeve, 42” long (shoulder to hem). Pretty wine red dress for the winter though, looks maybe worn once…but not by me!
