This dress is fun and flirty. Brightly colored, and with a sheer crocheted waist band, it's ready for summer! Light and breezy fabric feels like a cutton blend, but there is no tag other than the designer tag. I have had luck washing it on cold and hanging it to dry, though. Zipper up the back.
