Red*Retro*Vintage*Velour*Dress*80’s*Long sleeves

I love this crazy little dress.. super unique and super adorable. Can be worn with or without navy blue belt. Does not have a size listed on the tag so I will include measurements. Model is is size 4/6(fits size 8 as well (Super comfy, of course ;-) Measurement from the top of shoulder seem to top of shoulder seam is 15. Waist is 18 or can be cinched with belt. Hip/butt area is 21. Length from shoulder to bottom is 43 1/2. This is a bright red. True to the color in pictures.
