Red, White & Blue Rhinestone Necklace

Fun rhinestone necklace - clear diamond-cut rhinestones and red, clear and blue plastic “gems” set in starburst settings on a pewter-tone chain, lobster claw closure. Maker’s mark on tag, but I can’t identify it. Chain is 19” with 3” extension. Due to age, rhinestones are slightly yellowed.
