Reddish orange polka dot smocked top

This is a really pretty reddish-orange color with a polka dot pattern. The body of the top is a smocked material and it has puff sleeves. I do have a matching skirt (NWT) for sale listed separately but please let me know if you’re interested in them both as a set!
