Reformation Alani Blue with Black Polka Dot Mini Dress

FYI** this is tagged a size 8 but appears to have shrunk. It fits more like a 4. When purchased I was informed it ran small but I know Reformation sizing, and assumed it would fit more like a 6. I can provide measurements. It is also too short for my 5’10” frame.
