This long sleeve velvet top is the prettiest emerald green color (they call it "spruce"), and features a collared plunging neckline and gently puffed shoulders. It is a wrap style with an inner tie and outer button closure as well as velvet covered button closures at the wrists. The exterior wrap closes with a faux pearl button with silver tone rope pattern encircling it. The bottom portion is in a "peplum" style. So pretty!
