Reformation- Blue Velvet Dress

Size 2 Beautiful deep navy velvet dress I wore this dress to a wedding one time and it no longer zips up unfortunately but it's the perfect dress to wear for fall weddings! There is a slight imperfection in the front waist, I took a close up photo. It's not a rip it just appears lighter for some reason, I purchased it that way but otherwise it's in good condition! i welcome reasonable offers ✨
