Reformation Cirrus Dress in Blue Hawaii

Darling pale blue floral mini dress with puffed sleeves and a sweetheart neckline. So perfect for spring and summer! Sadly I’ve gained weight since I purchased it a couple of summers ago and it’s just too small for me. New with tags. Length is 33” shoulder to hem. Bust is about 16.5” lying flat. Waist is about 14” lying flat.
