Reformation Enza dress

Super cute mini dress with bubble skirt & organza tie straps - purchased at a sample sale for my reception but ended up going with something else. Small black marks on the bottom (see photo) and price reflects. I haven’t tried to remove them but dry cleaning should do the trick. Size 8 (fits like a small).
