Reformation Flounce Skirt - size 0/2

Iconic Reformation flounce mini skirt in black, tag size 0, but fits like a 2. Ref bottoms run about a size up. I’m not a 0, only in their brand. New without tags, I have never worn this piece. Only flaw is the wrinkles from sitting in my closet! Beautiful skirt, light and airy. This retails currently for $98, selling at a nice discount
