@dreampalau hi I am 5’8’ 135 lbs with DDD bra size.
i usually wear size 2 in other brand. But in this brand it’s run a little larger, I can wear size 0, I can fit in this dress well but just looks tight on the top, I don’t want people staring at my top. So I’m selling it.
To summarize I think you would fit perfectly, but if you want to be safe. I do suggest you to go to local reformation store to try it on.
