hayleyannblair @mendec hello! Yes, I think it’s intended to sit somewhere between waist and hips - it’s a size 2 but the waist measurement is ~14” so would be a size 28 if sitting on waist. But if you’re a size 28 waist and like the length, then it could work as a high waisted skirt 😊
