New never used. This too has a wire where the v drop is. This wire is thick however can adjust if the area is poking out. I chose not to touch it and leave it as is whoever buys it can adjust to their liking if necessary. This top does have a lining on the inside.

@ktluvsclothes hi no I felt the wire and all feels in tact. If for any reason one side of the while on needs to be adjusted the wire can bend for adjustment. I chose to not mess with it because everyone’s busy is different
