@huitxi hi! I’d say true to size. I usually wear a 2 in Reformation and the xs fits me! I have it in black too and wear it all the time.
16”W. 10” from bottom hem to lowest point of neck “v”. 18” from bottom of hem to top of strap where tie begins.
It’s pretty adjustable since there are ties.
