Reformation Lisse Dress Blue Floral 2

Reformation Lisse Size 2 (though can fit 4, as I am). Drawstring at waist. Includes extra button. Additional shoulder pads have been removed (there is still a slight puffed shoulder but more subtle now, which I prefer). But you could easily add some in if you wanted a more retro look. Fabric is lightweight and good for summer.
