This was a lovely find from thredup. It's a size medium, no rips stains or tears. I love the way it fits! However I'm realizing I don't wear a lot of light blue things so I'm parting with it. The dress measures 18 inches across the bust lying flat, and 14 inches across the waist lying flat, with some stretch due to the smocking in the back. the overall length from sleeve to bottom of the skirt is 32 inches.
