Reformation Phoebe Dress (NWOT)

This is the Phoebe dress in Dogwood print from Reformation. Has puff sleeves and a zipper down the back. Size 0. 32” length and 12” across the narrowest part of the waist. Perfect condition. No flaws. Never actually been worn because it’s a bit too tight on me :/.
