@sarahscott287 I am a 34D and 25” waist. This outfit fits well. Honestly the material is very accommodating in general. Stretchy and soft. It could easily fit a smaller bust size or even bigger.

@sarahscott287 it isn’t really adjustable with tie but it is an elastic waist band. My waist is 25” but could easily fit smaller or up to 27” comfortably. The material is extremely accommodating. The tie is more of a decorative piece but could be tied a little tight if needed- it just doesn’t do much for adjusting waist size since the elastic waist band goes all the way around. The skirt is flattering and snugs around the butt and waist.
