Reformation Wenda Sweater

Never worn! However the sweater is now misshapen after I handwashed it. It's too cropped for me and the sleeves are longer than before :( Hoping somebody knows how to fix the sizing or that it will just fit somebody else's proportions better. Please make sure you've looked over the measurements!! 17" top to bottom 23" sleeve 23" chest
