@iheartasl hi! Yes it’s a comfortable dress—it’s designed to be fitted on the upper body and then flowy on the bottom! You could definitely wear the straps up, it’s probably more comfortable with them down but depends on your upper body. I’d say this fits like a 2 but the P helps with length! I am 5’4” for reference and my measurements are 34-29-37. I can ship as soon as needed!
