Reformation emmie dress

Reformation Emmie dress in Delilah floral color Only worn once -Tag says size 2 but fits more like a 0 in my opinion so listed as 0. Waist is about 11 to 11 and half inches across as seen in pictures but stretchable. Would fit a 23 inch waist best and maybe a 24. -double lined as seen -Last picture shows small flaw which is at the bottom of the zipper when unzipped but not noticeable when worn. Price reflects this flaw Wrinkled from storage
