Reformation floral dress

I bought size Large thinking will be easy to adjusted because of the kimono style, but looks big, the length was cut. Never used just took to the tailor to adjust the length, ended paid $35. I paid for the dress $150 plus tailor $35. The problem is the skirt of the dress was cut for the tailor but the interior I cut myself to save an extra $20.
