Reformation floral dress with cut out detail.

Size medium, great condition. Has slits on the back and a unique cut out detail on the front. I'm honestly torn over selling this one. It can be worn with a t-shirt underneath. I also see this with a pair of combat boots for the perfect 90s vibe.
