NWT reformation mini dress! The sweetest puff sleeve perfect for summer. Never worn, still had tags on. Sips up the back with a think band to accentuate your waist. Garment has a small black thread mixed in as shown in photo. This is not a stain, but a part of the garment (seems to be a small manufacturing flaw). Model is a true size M, garment is snug when on. Best suited for a S or a small M
