Super cute and flirty Ref mini in excellent condition. True navy blue, 3/4 length banded/ruched sleeves, with detachable bow at neck. The entire skirt and front of the bodice are lined but the back of the bodice is not. Zipper closure in back. This dress is absolutely adorable and comfortable, I just grew out of it.
