Refresh boot. In a very soft faux suede material Color: charcoal. Zips up the side Measurements approximately heel 3”. Boot from floor to top 20” The sole and box said 8 1/2”. The inside of boot said 71/2. It fits like a 7 1/2 Bought and did not notice the size mix up until after the return date. In new condition never worn
