Refurbished Vintage BALLY low black pumps

Oh, so chic Bally low heel soft black leather with exquisite thin gold and silver rope embellishment were bought by my Mom during her days of living in Europe in the late 70s. Euro Tan select is imprinted in gold lettering on the soles with the size 4 1/2??? I’ve tried researching but to no avail. Insoles label reads BALLY made in Italy. Not too long ago, Mom had her most treasured shoe guy return them to their original grandeur! Alas and alack, the the inside areas are worn as shine in photos. But, on a positive note, if you wear longish pants, these problems aren’t noticeable! Soles may be a bit stiff. As to size, my best guesstimate is an 8; length measures about 10”. Still have places to go!
