Regency Style Size XS/Small? Empire Waist Lace Blue Ribbon Bridgerton Gown Dress

The zipper is in good functioning condition. This is a vintage item, so I tried to disclose any flaws but it is possible I may have missed something. There are a few stains on the lining portion of the dress, which are shown in photos. There are a few on the front of the skirt and one on the back of the dress as well. These marks have not been stain treated. Please see photos for more information. This is a vintage item, so please use your own measurements as a guide since this dress will not fit like modern day items. The tag shows size 9, but appears to fit much smaller.
