Regina Kravitz vintage vtg floral strapless peplum dress floral flowers xs small

Please view measurements as size stated is 8 but I wore this as a size 0. It unfortunately does not fit me or I would keep it. No stretch. 100% cotton dry clean only. This is vintage and may show signs of wear but in beautiful condition . Last button is missing but it is sewn together .
