frenchieannie @closetcovets hey thanks for the enquiry... the fabric is a chiffon without elastane, flowy from low hips down but material does not stretch at all. I can ship it tomorrow.

frenchieannie @kriselle090605 Hi! The length at the back from waist down is about 42", The front splits at the thigh so it just flows behind you when you walk, you wont have fabric in front of your leg unless you are standing but is the same length around the pants/skirt. I am 5'3" and the size M length is okay for me with heels, cant wear with flats. Hope this helps
