Rehab asymmetric party top or dress

This top is hard to describe, but worth taking a chance on! Each shoulder is different- one is like a fluttery sleeveless, and the other has a hole your arm goes through and drapes down your side. It fits like a long top over hips or short dress. Fabric is spandex and stretchy, and feels good to wear. Looks sharp and unique! Fits S well. Color is black. Worn once and washed cold and line dried. Rough measurements due to its asymmetry: Pit pit approx 17-19” Length approx 32” Hip approx 17-18”
