klbaker20 Hi; are these a shell that you wear over liners, or are they insulated? I’m looking for a 18mo old…wondering if they’d be too big? Thanks for any info!

vovanne @klbaker20 Hi! Thanks for your interest! They are insulated and will keep little hands warm and comfortable in very cold weather. However, I’d recommend them for 3 years and up -they might be quite big for a 18 months old child.
